Terms of Business These are perfumeandbeauty.co.uk terms and conditions of sale. UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class "Signed For" for delivery, which typically takes 2-5 working days. A signature is required for delivery. If the Royal Mail is unable to obtain a signature when they attempt to deliver your parcel, you will receive a postcard with collection details and your order will be held at your local Royal Mail delivery office for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel after 7 days it is returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of redelivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working day of being placed,but allow up to 28 days. Our address labels are created automatically based on the address which you enter. The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again. If there is any delivery Charges they are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping basket. The charge depends on your location and the value of goods ordered.
Please ensure that the deliver address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge. If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock. Payment We do not hold your credit card details on our database. Payment will appear on your credit card bill as "SALES" For further information on paypal you can visit www.paypal.co.uk. You can also make payment via cheque, postal order or bank transfer . Please contact us if you wish to use any of these alternative method at sales@perfumeandbeauty.co.uk. Payments are only accepted from UK based credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept overseas credit cards at this time. Goods are only sent out once clear payments are received.
You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code. Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery. To cancel a your order, please write a letter or send an email stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation, including your full name, address, and order number. Your item must be re-packaged securely and sent so that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that your order was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty. If you do not return the item within seven working days, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing and/or gift wrapping. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 30 days. Perfumeandbeauty.co.uk reserve the right to alter or change any part of this website ( www.perfumeandbeauty.co.uk ) or items or its prices at anytime without notice. When ordering goods for delivery overseas, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
